Cancellation and Refund: All the payments made for ICVMCS 2025 registrations are final, non-refundable and non-adjustable. Once registered, participants cannot cancel and/or receive a refund. Avoid paying any extra amounts, other than the required fees. Your registration will be canceled if the fee paid is short or if a false identity has been submitted.

Transfers: Registration transfers to another individual is not allowed.

Please note that ICVMCS 2025 is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, or other “Acts of God.” In such cases, the event may be postponed, and participants will have the option to attend the rescheduled event.
